Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ernesto Sosa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Yael Miller!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Miller tries to sprawl but Sosa drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Sosa working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

It looks like Yael Miller has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sosa looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Sosa looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Sosa seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Sosa is nestled in close to Miller, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Yael Miller's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Ernesto Sosa!
A relieved looking Ernesto Sosa thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
