Karter is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Klopstock had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

and Karter counters with a nice right hand that sends Klopstock toppling to the canvas! Klopstock scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Karter finish him?!

Karter drops Klopstock with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Klopstock looks back up at him and smiles so Karter waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Leonhard Klopstock's cut is getting worse.
Karter has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Karter lands a big right hand that sends Klopstock crashing to the mat! Karter stays standing though and waves Klopstock back to his feet!

and Karter counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Klopstock shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Karter counters with a crisp right hand that drops Klopstock! Karter lets Klopstock back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Karter flashes Klopstock a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Klopstock's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Klopstock crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Karter punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
