Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bobo Valdenius!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joe Louis!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valdenius looks to land a right hand but Louis moved out of range.
Valdenius fails with a takedown attempt.
Louis has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Louis, as that shot connected.

Louis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Valdenius throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Louis sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Louis now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Louis takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
A swing and a miss from Louis.
Valdenius attempts a counter takedown but Louis avoids it well and moves away.
Louis feints a jab promting Valdenius to slip. Louis then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Valdenius slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Valdenius avoids the body shot from Louis.
Valdenius tries to counter with a takedown but Louis is quick to defend against it.

Valdenius scores with a takedown into Louis's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Valdenius frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Valdenius tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Valdenius seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Louis for as long as he can get away with.
Louis has given up his back. Will we see Valdenius going for some submissions?

Valdenius is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Louis with him. Louis is trying to defend but Valdenius has an arm under the chin now! Louis grimaces and is forced to tap out!
