The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Leandro Rodrigues and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Granadero clinches up with Dicesar and pushes him back against the cage.
Granadero breaks the clinch.
Granadero throws a big shot that misses.
Nice takedown defense from Granadero. No joy for Dicesar on that attempt.
Dicesar looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Granadero is refusing to be controlled, as Dicesar sits in half guard.
Granadero is trying to stand back up but Dicesar is controlling him
Dicesar frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Granadero is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Dicesar is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Granadero has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Granadero!
Granadero wants to stand but Dicesar has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Granadero gets to his feet - Dicesar follows without any prompting.

Dicesar looks for a takedown but Granadero sprawls well.
Dicesar looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Granadero is fending him off so far but Dicesar persists. Nope, Granadero circles away and we're back to standing.
Ronie Granadero has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Julio Dicesar.
Dicesar looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Granadero lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Granadero throws a sloppy head kick and Dicesar moves out of range easily.

Granadero lands a head kick that stumbles Dicesar and the fighters go to the mat.
Dicesar is rocked!
It looks like Julio Dicesar has been cut.

Granadero decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Dicesar is still on wobbly legs! Can Granadero finish him?
