Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Missel (ranked 25492 p4p, 3055 weight class) and Arkadiy Hammerov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hammerov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bananza (Belly Dancer). Arkadiy Hammerov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Joe Missel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Arkadiy Hammerov!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Dmitry Maklakov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Missel changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hammerov tries to avoid it but Missel manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hammerov to the ground. Hammerov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hammerov moves into the clinch successfully.
Missel successfully pulls guard.
Missel controls Hammerov momentarily but Hammerov frees himself.
Hammerov wants to control from the top but Missel keeps moving.
Missel utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hammerov working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Missel's head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hammerov is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Missel is trying to stand and escape. In the scramble, Hammerov has locked hold of an arm and he's managed to lock on an armbar - Missel taps out instantly and this one is all over!

Arkadiy Hammerov bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
