Sawyer has chosen Dion - The Wanderer as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leopold misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sawyer lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Aldo Leopold has been cut.

Sawyer cracks Leopold with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Sawyer has managed to clinch.
We've been hearing reports that Leopold has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Still in the clinch, Sawyer scores with a nice short uppercut.

Sawyer fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Leopold looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Sawyer manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

and Sawyer cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It seemed like Sawyer was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Sawyer catches Leopold with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Leopold is rocked!
Sawyer pounces like a tiger and cracks Leopold with a vicious hook! Leopold is down but not out! Sawyer follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
