This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 18 wins and 12 losses; Senger Line! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 7 losses; Darsin Bleak! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Lou da Vinci and Jonathan Paton.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Bleak tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Line swivels and escapes. Bleak drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Line (0) vs (4) Bleak Line is looking for a sweep. Bleak is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Line is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Bleak wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Line, who protects the arm well. Bleak wants to lay and pray for a moment but Line keeps working. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bleak goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Line rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bleak's guard! Nice work there by Line! That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bleak has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Bleak is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Line has escaped the position, nice work there. Bleak is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Line knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Both fighters take a look at the clock.

Oh, that's unlucky for Bleak but great work by Line. Score +4 for clean sweep to past guard: Line (21) vs (9) Bleak The referee asks Line politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Line prefers to stall for the moment though. Bleak tries to bench press Line off him but Line keeps the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Line in particular looking to stall. Line wants to free his trapped foot but Bleak is holding on for dear life with his legs. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bleak moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
