Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yurcho Yurchon (ranked 3755 p4p, 3712 weight class) and Frederic Gassita (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yurchon comes to the cage accompanied by Got Yourself A Gun. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yurcho Yurchon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frederic Gassita! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yurchon scores with a hook. Gassita bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Gassita controls the position from side control. Let's hope that Gassita has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gassita trying to control the action but Yurchon is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gassita in side control, just content to control the action for now. Yurchon wants to get back to his feet but Gassita is dominant here and he's now got Yurchon's back! A lull in the action here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Gassita controlling the position well here. Yurchon rolled but Gassita kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. It looks like Gassita might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yurchon is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Yurchon prevents Gassita from getting a body triangle. Yurchon is trying to get back to his feet but Gassita has full control of the position and if anything, Yurchon has just worked his way into a worse spot. Yurchon prevents Gassita from getting a body triangle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. A bit of a pause in the action here. Gassita controlling the positon. Yurchon looking very determined here, making life difficult for Gassita.
Yurchon is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Yurchon staying busy and making it hard for Gassita to control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Gassita has good solid back control here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Frederic Gassita dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Gassita on the wrong end of a nice jab. Gassita shoots in and gets a takedown into Yurchon's guard. Gassita stops Yurchon from standing up. Gassita's corner is telling him to maintain position. Yurchon keeping moving, preventing Gassita from controlling successfully. Yurchon is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gassita is standing up over Yurchon. Yurchon looks to escape but Gassita dives into side control.
Gassita trying to control the action but Yurchon is working from the bottom. Yurchon on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Yurchon tries to get out of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yurchon tries to improve position but can't. Gassita trying to control the position but Yurchon is working away. Yurchon is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Gassita is controlling him well. Gassita wants to lay and pray for a moment but Yurchon keeps working. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Gassita fails with a takedown attempt. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Gassita takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Yurchon scores with the left hand. Gassita knows he should have avoided that one. Yurcho Yurchon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gassita walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Yurchon connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Nice cross by Yurchon. Yurchon lands a lovely overhand right. BOOM! Yurchon lands a beautiful left hook that drops Gassita. Gassita tries to recover but Yurchon is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Gassita lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
