Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ibasour Sershurrapal (ranked 1241 p4p, 1056 weight class) and Chilli Bloke (ranked 103 p4p, 91 weight class). Sershurrapal comes to the cage accompanied by Smoking Snakes. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 19 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ibasour Sershurrapal! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 19 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chilli Bloke! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sershurrapal wants to clinch and Bloke counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sershurrapal clinches. Bloke is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Sershurrapal is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Bloke can't fight it off and eventually Sershurrapal manages to take the fight to the floor. Bloke looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Sershurrapal throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bloke works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Sershurrapal got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bloke has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sershurrapal has managed to get both his arms back between Bloke's legs - danger averted. Sershurrapal wants to control from the top but Bloke keeps moving. Bloke is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sershurrapal defends well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bloke looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Sershurrapal has picked Bloke up and slammed him! Bloke can't keep hold of the triangle and Sershurrapal manages to pass to side control! Bloke manages to work his way to half guard, despite Sershurrapal's best efforts.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sershurrapal not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Bloke looking for submissions off his back. Bloke looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Sershurrapal is working for a submission of some sort.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bloke looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Sershurrapal thows a huge punch but Bloke dodges it nicely.

Bloke is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Sershurrapal pulls his head out easily. Sershurrapal looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Bloke is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Sershurrapal is tapping! Great win for Bloke!
