Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Aidan Hopper (ranked 3864 p4p, 3394 weight class) and David Budiman (ranked 419 p4p, 384 weight class). On his way into the ring it seems that Aidan Hopper has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Aidan Hopper seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Aidan Hopper! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, David Budiman! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hopper tries to close the distance and clinch up but Budiman swats him away and circles back towards the center. It seemed like Budiman was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Budiman tries to keep at a distance but Hopper has taken the fight into the clinch. Hopper definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Hopper really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. A battle for position here, against the ropes. Budiman is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Hopper is defending well for now. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Budiman has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. The referee has called off the fight! Hopper takes it!
