Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Chunks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Elinho Mineiro!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chunks throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mineiro tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Chunks is in Mineiro's guard.
Chunks trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Mineiro working for submissions but it's allowed Chunks to get to half guard.
Chunks wants to free his trapped foot but Mineiro is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Mineiro trying to control but Chunks postures up.
Chunks is figuring out what he wants to do next.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chunks is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Chunks is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mineiro is just riding it out for now. Chunks eventually gives up the hold.

Mineiro is not content to let Chunks control the position.
Chunks is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Mineiro sees it coming and defends easily.
Chunks is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chunks is looking to stall here but Mineiro recovers full guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Mineiro has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Chunks can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Mineiro keeping moving, preventing Chunks from controlling successfully.
Chunks throws an elbow that misses. Mineiro uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Chunks's guard. Nice move by Mineiro!

Mineiro wants to take a breather but Chunks is having none of it.

Mineiro is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Chunks is just riding it out for now. Mineiro eventually gives up the hold.

Mineiro is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Chunks is looking for a sweep. Mineiro is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Mineiro looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Chunks is trying to control but Mineiro manages to pass to mount!
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Mineiro is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Chunks is surviving well by controlling Mineiro's body position as best he can.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Elinho Mineiro will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Chunks with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mineiro to score with a decent uppercut.

Chunks goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Mineiro has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Chunks but great work by Mineiro.

Chunks is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Mineiro off and has taken his back!

Elinho Mineiro has got the better of the ground game so far.

Chunks defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Mineiro's arms.
Chunks trying to control the hands but Mineiro won't let him.
Mineiro is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Chunks is defending well though. Mineiro let's go of the attempt for now.
Chunks tries to roll but Mineiro sticks to his back.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Mineiro is persistently looking for the submission but Chunks is defending it well.
Chunks has hold of Mineiro's leg, trying to break free but it's let Mineiro lock up a rear naked choke! This could be big trouble! Chunks is turning an unusual color here… he's out! Mineiro throws him to one side and jumps onto the cage to celebrate with his fans.
