Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Un Kha (ranked 23313 p4p, 21913 weight class) and Edd Norton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kha comes to the cage accompanied by Eye of the tiger. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 58 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Un Kha! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 19 - 27 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Edd Norton! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kha shoots in and drives through. Norton sprawls well. Kha misses with a takedown attempt - Norton sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Kha has his takedown stuffed and Kha takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Un Kha. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kha tries for a takedown but Norton circles away easily and Norton counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Kha dives in and grabs Norton's left leg, looking for a takedown. Norton pushes down on Kha's head and hops out. Kha fails with the takedown and Kha takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Norton avoids the body shot from Kha.
Norton steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Kha has his takedown stuffed and Norton counters with a straight right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Norton pushes Kha up against the cage in a clinch. Norton lands an uppercut. Kha working hard to break the clinch. Norton displaying some good clinch control by pressing Kha up against the cage. A frustrated look appears on Kha's face as he tries to break the clinch. Norton manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
I was talking to Kha's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Norton manages to break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kha looks for a takedown but Norton sprawls well. Kha misses with a takedown and Kha takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Kha fails with the takedown and Norton counters with a lovely straight right hand! Kha on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Norton has managed to clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kha misses with a takedown attempt and Norton counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Kha gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Norton counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Norton gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Norton stops a takedown attempt from Kha.
Norton pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Norton throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kha's head. Kha on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

A short right hand to the side of the head by Norton. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Norton takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Norton pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Norton clinches with his opponent.

Edd Norton dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Kha looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Un Kha seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Norton clinches up with Kha and pushes him back against the cage. Norton breaks the clinch.
Kha with a poor takedown letting Norton counter with a right hand. Edd Norton seems to be getting the better of the standup. Norton cracks Kha with a good jab. Kha shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Norton counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Un Kha. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kha gets tackled into the cage by Norton. Norton maintains the clinch. Norton working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Norton pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kha walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Some bone on bone action there as Norton checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Norton scoring well with a low kick there.
A punch lands to the side of Kha 's head but he takes it in his stride. Norton moves into the clinch. Norton prevents Kha from breaking the clinch. Kha tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Norton just stands there and leans against the cage. Kha tries to break free but Norton pushes him back against the cage. Norton leaning his opponent against the cage. Norton breaks the clinch.
Edd Norton is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Norton connects with a single shot there. Kha shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Norton counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Norton has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Kha doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Kha tries for a takedown but Norton circles away easily and Norton counters with a lovely straight right hand! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. This has been an exciting period of action! Norton moves into the clinch. Norton pressing his opponent against the cage.

Kha with a poor takedown enabling Norton to counter with a crisp jab. Horrible takedown attempt by Kha or perhaps it was just good defense by Norton, which made it look bad. Norton lands a head shot. Kha misses with a takedown and Norton counters with a lovely straight right hand! Un Kha is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Norton has Kha up against the cage in a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Norton is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Norton manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Norton breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Edd Norton showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round! Nice takedown defense from Norton. No joy for Kha on that attempt. Kha throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Norton counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kha's knee momentarily. Norton gets in close and instigates a clinch. Norton scores with an uppercut up the middle. Norton throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Khas head. Norton lands with a left to the head. Kha being controlled against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Norton is struggling to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kha being controlled against the cage. Norton has Kha pushed against the cage. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Edd Norton. Kha fails with the takedown. Norton appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Norton scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Norton closes the distance and clinches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kha jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Norton walks away with a smile on his face. Kha gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Un Kha. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kha shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Norton counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Norton throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Kha gets tackled into the cage by Norton. Norton maintains the clinch. Norton makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Kha looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Norton stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Norton pushes Kha back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kha being controlled against the cage. Kha is looking to control Norton's arms but Norton gets an underhook and turns him. Now Kha has his back to the cage. A frustrated look appears on Kha's face as he tries to break the clinch. Kha tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Norton smiles and moves away.
Kha tries for a takedown but Norton circles away easily enabling Norton to counter with a crisp jab. Norton moves into range and connects with a jab.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Norton closes the distance and clinches. Norton is stalling here.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Norton takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. The crowd are getting on Norton's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch. Norton prevents the takedown attempt.
Edd Norton is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Norton slowing the pace effectively. Norton is stalling here.
And that's the end of the fight! Edd Norton comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Norton has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction. In defeat, Un Kha stepped up to the mic, saying 'i'll be back!'.
