Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Jazon (ranked 2112 p4p, 4680 weight class) and Vasilii Lynchenko (ranked 265 p4p, 467 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jason Jazon! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Vasilii Lynchenko! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurstr�m and Matti Vanhoillinen.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Lynchenko gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jazon counters with a series of strikes. Lynchenko will be more careful next time no doubt. Lynchenko misses with a takedown attempt and Jazon counters with a two punch combo. We've been told by Jazon's head coaches at Zanshin MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Lynchenko misses with a lunging right hand
and Jazon counters with a two punch combo. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lynchenko gets a clinch. Lynchenko has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jazon is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Jason Jazon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vasilii Lynchenko. Lynchenko looks winded!
 That's one minute gone in the round. Jazon tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Lynchenko avoids it. Jazon lands a nice knee to the body. Jazon misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Lynchenko.
Lynchenko wants a takedown but no success here.
Jazon is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Lynchenko is defending well for now. Jazon lands an elbow inside.
 It looks like Vasilii Lynchenko has been cut.

Lynchenko throws a head kick that misses and Jazon counters with a two punch combo. Vasilii Lynchenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Lynchenko with a poor takedown and Jazon counters with a three punch combo that has Lynchenko backing up. Lynchenko nods at Jazon to acknowledge the strikes. Lynchenko tries for a takedown but Jazon circles away easily and Jazon counters with a series of strikes. Lynchenko will be more careful next time no doubt. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lynchenko with a lazy takedown attempt and Jazon counters with a one-two to the body. Jason Jazon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Lynchenko throws a head kick that misses and Jazon counters with a two punch combo. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!  Lynchenko is rocked! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jason Jazon dominated that round. The cut man is working on Vasilii Lynchenko's cut. That's time! Jazon's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Lynchenko fails with the takedown and Jazon counters with a straight that turns Lynchenko's legs to rubber! Jazon pushes forward with more strikes and Lynchenko goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
