Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Frederico Mora!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rafael Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie misses with a takedown
and Mora counters with a nice uppercut.
Gracie looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Mora stuffs the takedown attempt from Gracie. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.
Gracie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Mora counters with a left to the body.
Frederico Mora has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rafael Gracie.
Gracie dodges the punch combination from Mora.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mora moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Rafael Gracie has been cut.
Gracie is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Mora.
Mora connects with a right that clearly hurt Gracie. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Mora proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Gracie collapses and taps out under the pressure!
