Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zayne Lutz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Mohamed Islam!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Islam misses with a combination
and Lutz counters with a left and a right that stings Islam.
Lutz throws a nice looking combination but Islam bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Islam tries to move into range but Lutz moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Lutz defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Islam.
Lutz misses with a wild combination.
Islam looks to land a left hand but Lutz moved out of range nicely.
Islam scores with a takedown into Lutz's guard.

Lutz is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Islam lands a couple of elbows.

Lutz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Islam doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Islam manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Islam connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Lutz some visible discomfort.

Islam wants to work for an arm triangle but Lutz is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Islam slips a nice elbow through Lutz's hands, connecting with Lutz's forehead.

Islam cracks Lutz with a big right hand but Lutz just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Lutz is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Islam asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Islam is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Lutz knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Islam goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Lutz rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Islam's guard! Nice work there by Lutz!
Islam will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

A close round but Mohamed Islam will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Lutz closes the distance and clinches.
Islam looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Lutz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lutz scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Islam doesn't seem bothered though.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Lutz creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Lutz pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Islam throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lutz was covering up waiting for the punch and Islam finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Islam connects with a couple of short punches.
Islam won't allow Lutz to get back to his feet.
Islam thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Mohamed Islam has got the better of the ground game so far.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lutz bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Islam's guard.

Lutz throwing strikes from guard but Islam blocks nicely.
Lutz in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Lutz content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Islam thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Lutz loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Islam looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Lutz is defending well. Islam quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Lutz has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Islam celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
