And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Werner Kahnt!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cobb has a takedown stuffed.
Cobb bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Cobb works to advance to full mount. Kahnt defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Cobb looking to control but Kahnt is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Cobb looking to secure an arm triangle but Kahnt defends it well.
Cobb goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Kahnt turns into him and now he's in Cobb's guard.
Cobb tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kahnt would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Kahnt must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Cobb had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kahnt defends it easily.
Cobb working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Kahnt has passed into half guard!
Cobb tries to get to full guard but Kahnt has control of the leg.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Kahnt is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Cobb manages to get to full guard.
Cobb looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Cobb is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Kahnt rolls with it to try and escape but Cobb cranks on the arm and Kahnt is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
