Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Mercer (ranked 1669 p4p, 1969 weight class) and Mehdi Kanaani (ranked 173 p4p, 200 weight class). Mercer comes to the cage accompanied by Why Can't We Be Friends by WAR. The crowd seem to be enjoying Kanaani's choice of entrance music: Dr. Dre ft. Snoop Dogg - Nuthin' But A G Thang. Mehdi Kanaani struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 157.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!
