Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexander Vij!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 11 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Theodore Rothschild!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Summer Carpenter and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rothschild throws a good cross that connects.
Rothschild tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Vij was well out of range. Poor timing from Rothschild.
Vij is looking to counter punch.
Rothschild lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Vij at a distance.
Vij is looking to chop away at Rothschild's legs.
Rothschild digs a good hook to Vij's body.
Rothschild misses with a body shot
and Vij counters with a good low kick that Rothschild was not able to check.
Vij takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Rothschild takes a jab right on the kisser.
It looks like Theodore Rothschild has been cut.
Rothschild has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Rothschild connects with a single shot there.
Rothschild works the jab nicely.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rothschild looks to land a combination but Vij avoids it well.

Vij tries to move into range but Rothschild moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Rothschild scores with a shot to the body.
Rothschild connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Rothschild scores with a jab. Vij acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Rothschild feints and then cracks Vij's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Vij down.
Vij takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rothschild. Vij does a little dance to reset his feet.
Vij is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Rothschild swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Vij counters with an inside leg kick.
Rothschild rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Rothschild looks winded!
Rothschild on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Vij. Vij obviously looking to wear him down.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Vij paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Rothschild takes a swing at Vij's ribcage but misses.
Vij is looking to counter punch.
Rothschild throws a poor cross that misses
and Vij counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Rothschild misses with a wild body shot.
It looked like Vij wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Rothschild misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Vij.
Vij swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Rothschild misses with a low kick.
Vij was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Rothschild rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Vij counters with a really nice, stiff jab that drops Rothschild onto his ass. He'll have to take the mandatory count from the referee but he's back on his feet and he seems OK to continue.
Rothschild is rocked!
That has opened up Theodore Rothschild's cut even more.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Rothschild misses with a left hand
and Vij counters with a big right hook, that lands right on the temple! Rothschild goes down! Vij rushes to a neutral corner to get the count going quickly. This one's going to be close! 3,4,5,6,7... Rothschild is up to one knee.... 8,9....10! He didn't make it! This fight is over!

Alexander Vij decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
