The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCormick dodges the punch combination from Gordon.
Gordon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McCormick.
Gordon scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. McCormick doesn't seem bothered though.

McCormick fails to land with a series of punches.
Gordon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
It looked like McCormick wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Gordon throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Kenny McCormick has been cut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gordon scores with a shot to the body.
McCormick missing with a left hand there. Gordon was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Gordon's jab looks to have found its range, popping McCormick under the eye.

McCormick fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
McCormick throws a right hand that Gordon ducks under and follows up with a left that Gordon also avoids with ease.

Gordon connects with the punch.
Gordon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gordon throws a one two combo.
Gordon misses with a double jab
and McCormick counters with a left and a right that stings Gordon.
Gordon lands a body shot.
McCormick is breathing heavily.
McCormick tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gordon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Gordon lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Gordon lands a left and a right that sends McCormick crashing to the canvas! Gordon dives into mount looking to finish!
McCormick is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gordon get's back to his feet.
Gordon throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends McCormick stumbling backwards into the cage! McCormick bounces back off the cage towards Gordon, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Gordon lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Gordon celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Konnor Gordon!
