Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoshihiro Akiyama!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcneil scores with a hook to the body. Akiyama takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Mcneil dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mcneil lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Akiyama circles away quickly and effectively.
Mcneil works over Akiyama's head and body with a nice combination.
Akiyama takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A bone on bone clash there as Mcneil blocks the leg kick.
Mcneil scores with a jab.
Mcneil misses with a double jab.
Akiyama takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mcneil lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Akiyama takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Mcneil ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Mcneil lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Akiyama circles away quickly and effectively.
Akiyama drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Mcneil defends it well.
Mcneil is looking to wear down Akiyama with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Akiyama is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Mcneil throwing a counter right hand but Akiyama manages to avoid it.
Mcneil lands a lovely overhand right.
Akiyama throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hezekiah Mcneil seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mcneil connects with a right hand. Akiyama shakes it off.
A right-left combo lands from Mcneil.
A combination from Mcneil does no damage.
And Akiyama tries to counter it with a takedown but Mcneil pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Mcneil scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Akiyama doesn't seem bothered though.
Mcneil cracks Akiyama with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Akiyama is rocked!
Akiyama looks up at the clock. Bad move! Mcneil lands a right hand from hell, dropping Akiyama. Mcneil pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hezekiah Mcneil!
