Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jacques Pierre !
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierre walks forward, straight into a front kick from Hernandez.
Pierre shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Pierre takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Pierre throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A punch combination from Hernandez misses.
Hernandez throws a combination. Pierre tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Hernandez works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Jacques Pierre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pierre 's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hernandez lands a left and a right that send Pierre crashing to the mat, dazed. Hernandez thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

The cut above Jacques Pierre 's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Hernandez! Pierre is out on his feet! Hernandez rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Pierre is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Pierre is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
