Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Adan Rollins (ranked 4218 p4p, 3641 weight class) and Yilmaz Kurth (ranked 426 p4p, 389 weight class). Kurth is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hail to the King. Yilmaz Kurth is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurth swinging wildly here.
Rollins is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Rollins looks for a takedown but Kurth sprawls well.

Kurth on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kurth ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kurth let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Rollins shoots for a takedown but Kurth saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Kurth tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
We've been hearing that Rollins has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Kurth looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Rollins's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Kurth tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rollins swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Kurth fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rollins, pushing him back against the cage.
Rollins tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Kurth's elbow.
Rollins throws a punch but it's blocked by Kurth.

Kurth pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

and Rollins counters with a straight right hand.
Rollins tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kurth swivels and escapes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adan Rollins. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rollins misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kurth.
Rollins dives in for a single leg takedown but Kurth sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Kurth let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Kurth pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kurth lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kurth.

Rollins misses the jab.
Despite the aggression on Kurth's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Rollins avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Rollins falls off balance throwing a combination
and Kurth counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rollins rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kurth counters with a left and a right that stings Rollins.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kurth throws a right and a left that Rollins avoids nicely.
Rollins is looking to counter punch.
Rollins shoots in looking for a takedown. Kurth tries to sprawl out of it but Rollins keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kurth manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rollins takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rollins throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Rollins throws a body shot but no joy.
Kurth throws a combination. Rollins tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Kurth gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Rollins feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Kurth lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Rollins wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kurth decides to stand back up. Kurth steps back and let's Rollins get back to his feet.
Rollins wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Yilmaz Kurth showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Kurth pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Rollins back to the cage. Kurth follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Yilmaz Kurth is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Rollins throws a shot from downtown. Kurth moves away and avoids it.
Kurth throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rollins.

Rollins is looking to counter the offense by Kurth and move into the clinch.

and Kurth counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Kurth lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kurth.
Kurth fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rollins looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kurth lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A very excited looking Yilmaz Kurth rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
