Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruger darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Saint Pierre is refusing to be controlled, as Kruger sits in half guard.
Saint Pierre wants to get back to full guard.
Saint Pierre wants to control but Kruger is keeping busy and won't allow it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Saint Pierre has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kruger is working away from the top position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Saint Pierre is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Kruger looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Saint Pierre with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Kruger thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Saint Pierre's head.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kruger is taking a breather. Saint Pierre says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
