Apuro cracks a nice hook into Fry's ribs.
Apuro throws out a loose jab but Fry uses good head movement to avoid it.
Apuro throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Apuro just misses with a punch to the body.

Apuro ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fry moves away.

Apuro looks to throw the jab but Fry is out of range.

Fry takes a swing at Apuro's ribcage but misses.
It seemed like Apuro was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Apuro lands with a cross.
Fry is rocked!
Apuro cracks Fry with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Fry tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Apuro pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Fry is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mursk Apuro!
A very excited looking Mursk Apuro made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
