Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jamari Golden (ranked 3050 p4p, 25474 weight class) and Ferry Bos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jamari Golden looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jamari Golden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ferry Bos!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Golden shoots in for a takedown but Bos shows good takedown defense.
Golden shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bos but Bos pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Golden keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Golden shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Bos has one foot on Golden's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Jamari Golden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Golden accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Golden is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Ferry Bos dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

No joy there for Golden, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Golden looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Bos leaves Golden with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Bos working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Golden doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Golden manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bos enables Golden to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bos manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Golden got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bos has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Golden has managed to get both his arms back between Bos's legs - danger averted.
Bos wants to sweep but no luck.
Golden is looking to work some ground and pound but Bos has wrist control.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Golden's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Bos gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Golden to score an easy takedown into full guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jamari Golden will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Golden tries to close the distance and clinch but Bos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Golden tries to sprawl but Bos drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Golden tries to kick Bos off in order to stand up. Bos Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Golden is looking to reverse the position.
Bos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Golden keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bos decides to stand back up. Bos steps back and let's Golden get back to his feet.
Golden blocks the body kick.
Golden dives in for a single leg takedown but Bos sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Bos jumps guard but Golden stands there with Bos around his waist. Bos gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Bos breaks the clinch.

Bos is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Golden's half guard.
Golden scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Bos manages to mount him!
Golden is working to get back to half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Bos gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

And that's the end of the fight!
Ferry Bos comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Bos has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
