Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Almanzor Sabet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nightime Novak!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Novak takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Nightime Novak has been cut.
Sabet lands a leg kick that knocks Novak off balance momentarily.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Novak crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sabet - the referee stops the clock and Novak gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sabet. Novak manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Sabet connects with a good right hand that stumbles Novak. Novak circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Novak misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sabet fakes the leg kick and cracks Novak in the body.
Novak blocks a low kick nicely.
Novak throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Sabet uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Novak.

Almanzor Sabet seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's time! Sabet's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Sabet lands with a kick to the temple. Novak shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Novak tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Novak closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Sabet moves into the clinch successfully.

Sabet's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sabet ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Novak moves away.
Novak throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A head kick from Sabet lands but Novak takes it in his stride.

Novak is rocked!
Sabet throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Novak crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Almanzor Sabet!
