Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Reynaldo Preston (ranked 3784 p4p, 3785 weight class) and Asep Ahmad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Reynaldo Preston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Asep Ahmad!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Preston is defended easily by Ahmad.
Preston shoots for a takedown but Ahmad saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Preston shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ahmad defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Reynaldo Preston. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ahmad moves into the clinch successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ahmad breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Ahmad is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Preston doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ahmad.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Preston is trying to control but can't.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Ahmad trying to control the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Ahmad scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ahmad thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Ahmad really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Preston. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Preston takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Ahmad connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Preston some visible discomfort.

Ahmad wants to stand but Preston is controlling his arm.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Ahmad tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Preston might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ahmad seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Ahmad has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Ahmad lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Ahmad stands up over Preston, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Ahmad sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Preston's guard.

Ahmad passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Preston!

Oh Preston is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ahmad is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Preston goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Ahmad!
