Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Godefroy Courtial (ranked 1992 p4p, 2589 weight class) and Fung Hao Ming (ranked 205 p4p, 255 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fung Hao Ming!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hao Ming lands a glancing blow to the side of Courtial's head.
Courtial feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hao Mings jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Courtial circles away from the clinch attempt
and Courtial counters with a left to the body.
Courtial throws an off balance right hand
and Hao Ming counters with a stiff right hand.
Hao Ming lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Courtial circles away quickly and effectively.
Courtial is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hao Ming.
Hao Ming misses with a straight left.
Hao Ming loads up on a big right hand but Courtial slips the punch.
Courtial appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Hao Ming cracks Courtial with a good jab.

Courtial looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Courtial missing with a left hand there. Hao Ming was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Hao Ming's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Courtial connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hao Ming scrambles back to his feet.

Courtial fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hao Ming manages to avoid it.
Hao Ming moves out of range as Courtial strikes.
Hao Ming cracks Courtial with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Courtial throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Courtial misses with an uppercut. Hao Ming saw that one coming.
Courtial darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Hao Ming blocks a low kick nicely.
Courtial scores with a hook to the body. Hao Ming takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Hao Ming is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Courtial had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
Hao Ming on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Courtial. Courtial obviously looking to wear him down.
Hao Ming might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Courtial walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!
