Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kordi Roder (ranked 4768 p4p, 25315 weight class) and Toot Toto (ranked 0 p4p, 473 weight class). Toot Toto has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Toot Toto!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Roder shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Roder throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Toto can do anything to dispel that myth.

Roder takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Roder is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Toto defends it well.

Roder is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Roder is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Toto is just riding it out for now. Roder eventually gives up the hold.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Toto is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Roder pulls his head out easily.

Roder looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Toto with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Roder looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Toto has hold of Roder's hands but Roder slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Roder is nestled in close to Toto, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Toto gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Roder might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Toto has momentary wrist control but Roder slips an elbow through the middle.

Roder is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Toto can do to turn this around?

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Roder is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Toto is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Toto has escaped and now he's on top!

Roder is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Toto stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Roder has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Toto manages to get his head free but now Roder has transitioned to an armbar! Toto grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Roder! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Kordi Roder!
Kordi Roder seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
