The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oxford lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Edmonds circles away quickly and effectively.
Edmonds shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
A slow jab from Edmonds misses its intended target.
Edmonds jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Oxford tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Edmonds was well out of range. Poor timing from Oxford.
Nice sprawl there from Oxford as Edmonds shoots in.
Edmonds tries for a takedown but Oxford circles away easily
and Oxford counters with a lovely shot to the body.
An inside leg kick from Oxford misses.
Oxford throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Oooooh!!! Oxford has knocked Edmonds down with a huge combo! Oxford steps away and waves a wobbly Edmonds back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Edmonds on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Edmonds is rocked!
Oxford steps in with a hook that catches Edmonds right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Oxford follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Edmonds looks absolutely devastated.
