Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Maurice Lemaire (ranked 4842 p4p, 4727 weight class) and Gozo Shioda (ranked 405 p4p, 398 weight class). Shioda has chosen Monster Eats Manhattan - Salvation as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lemaire tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Shioda manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Shioda looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Lemaire throws a series of punches but Shioda avoids them all with ease.

Lemaire tries to close the distance and clinch up but Shioda swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lemaire throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lemaire moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Gozo Shioda dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Shioda connects with a quick right hand that sends Lemaire tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Gozo Shioda!
A very excited looking Gozo Shioda made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
