Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duncan Farquharson (ranked 599 p4p, 408 weight class) and Iov Kuzmin (ranked 84 p4p, 55 weight class). Kuzmin has chosen La Caution - Thé à la Menthe as his entrance music. Iov Kuzmin will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 9 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Duncan Farquharson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Iov Kuzmin!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuzmin shoots in but no luck this time.
Farquharson changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Farquharson is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at ZuccoTraining Ground, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Farquharson has momentary wrist control but Kuzmin slips an elbow through the middle.
Kuzmin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Farquharson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kuzmin has managed to get both his arms back between Farquharson's legs - danger averted.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Farquharson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Horrible takedown attempt by Kuzmin or perhaps it was just good defense by Farquharson, which made it look bad.
Kuzmin shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Farquharson's guard.
Farquharson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kuzmin defends well.
