Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kelton Bailey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lamar Bright!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bright misses with a straight left.
Bright catches Bailey with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Bailey slips under a jab from Bright.
Bailey tries to close the distance and clinch but Bright swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bright throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bailey on the side of the head.
Bailey displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bright throws out the jab.
A cross from Bailey lands.
Bright has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Bailey takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Bright tries to score with a low kick but Bailey moves his leg out of the way.
A telegraphed right hand from Bailey misses the target.
Bailey scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Bailey darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Bailey needs to keep his hands up - Bright had a free shot at his head there.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bailey takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Bright misses with a wild body shot.

Bailey shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Bright looks like he's trying to stand up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bailey is keen to just control but Bright is a slippery customer.

Bailey looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bailey is trying to work for a kimura but Bright is defending well.
Bailey seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bailey is pressing down on Bright's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bright is holding on for now.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bailey stops Bright from getting back to his feet.
Bailey is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Bright!

Bailey is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bright to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bright shrugs it off.
Bright has given up his back - I don�t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Bailey controls the action.

Bailey is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Bright has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Bright is trying to stand back up.
Bright looking very determined here, making life difficult for Bailey.

Bailey wants to control but Bright is keeping busy.

Bright is trying to defend against the choke here but Bailey has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Bailey Tightens the hold and Bright taps out furiously! Bailey displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
