The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goktepe listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
It looks like Greg Heffley has been cut.
Goktepe lands a body shot.
Heffley is breathing heavily.
Goktepe sends Heffley crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Goktepe is motioning to the referee to let Heffley up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Akhmet Goktepe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Goktepe throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Heffley stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Goktepe digs a good body shot into Heffley's ribs.
Goktepe ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Goktepe darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Heffley's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Goktepe before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

A relieved looking Akhmet Goktepe thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
