Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Halo Halo (ranked 1166 p4p, 2259 weight class) and Roman Dinu (ranked 147 p4p, 261 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Halo Halo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roman Dinu!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dinu looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Dinu bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Halo shoots and misses
and Dinu counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Dinu misses with a looping right.
Halo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Halo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Halo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dinu.
Dinu tries to keep at a distance but Halo has taken the fight into the clinch.

Dinu's coach down at BANZAI COMBAT ACADEMY AMSTERDAM was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Dinu's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Horrible takedown attempt by Halo or perhaps it was just good defense by Dinu, which made it look bad.

Dinu stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dinu wants it to stay on the feet.

Halo tries to counter by clinching up but Dinu breaks away and moves out of range.
Dinu is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Halo rather than just go for the knockout.
Dinu shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Halo eats them both and turns towards Dinu to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Dinu turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Halo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Halo slips a straight right by Dinu.
Halo decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Dinu pushes Halo off looking to stand but Halo dives back in and keeps control.
Halo prevents Dinu from improving his position.
Dinu is trying to stand.

Halo is controlling the pace.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Dinu really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Halo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Halo drops an elbow to the side of Dinu's head.
Halo is trying to work for a kimura but Dinu is defending well.

Halo stops Dinu from getting back to his feet.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

Dinu feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Halos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Roman Dinu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dinu lands a nice shot that snaps Halo's head back.
Dinu throws a shot from downtown. Halo moves away and avoids it.

Halo goes for a takedown attempt but Dinu pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Dinu walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Halo checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Dinu lands a big right hand that sends Halo crashing to the mat! Dinu stays standing though and waves Halo back to his feet!
Halo Halo's cut is getting worse.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Halo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Halo is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Halo walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Dinu! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
