Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Yuki Okada!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bruno Baranka!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Fedor Mirinova and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Baranka.
Okada takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Okada drives through with a takedown into guard.
Baranka is looking to stand back up but Okada counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Baranka.
Okada with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Okada seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Baranka has recovered full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Okada controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Baranka is trying to control the position but Okada postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Okada passes into half guard.
Okada seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Baranka is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
