Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jones Frykil (ranked 4992 p4p, 4729 weight class) and Jacob Jabbs (ranked 334 p4p, 326 weight class). Jacob Jabbs is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jones Frykil! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jacob Jabbs! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frykil looks to throw the jab but Jabbs is out of range.
Frykil closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jabbs's guard. Jabbs wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Frykil manages to pass to side control.
Jabbs has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Frykil is working away from the top position though. Frykil will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Frykil seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jabbs does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jabbs is doing well to control the position and prevent Frykil from advancing to side control. Frykil tries to stand but can't do so whilst Jabbs controls his leg.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Frykil wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jabbs keeps working. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Frykil in particular looking to stall. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. Frykil is trying to control. Jabbs wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Jabbs circles away from the clinch attempt and Jabbs counters with a two punch combo. Frykil tries to clinch but Jabbs moves out of range. Frykil sets himself, and Jabbs steps forward looking for the clinch! Frykil avoids it this time.
Frykil looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Jabbs kicks Frykil off and gets back to his feet.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Jabbs changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Frykil tries to avoid it but Jabbs manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Frykil to the ground. Frykil escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Frykil misses with a low kick as Jabbs jumps back. Jabbs wants to counter with a clinch but Frykil pushes him away. Frykil really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Jabbs dives in for a single leg takedown but Frykil sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Jabbs misses with a takedown attempt - Frykil sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Jones Frykil has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jacob Jabbs.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jabbs has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Frykil is working away from the top position though.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Frykil keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Frykil seems to be working for a kimura but Jabbs defends the submission attempt. Jabbs is holding on to half guard well. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Frykil thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jones Frykil will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Jabbs sizes up Frykil with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Jabbs shoots in for a double leg but Frykil sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Frykil appears to be looking for a big counter.
Frykil drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jones Frykil overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Frykil tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Frykil has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Frykil fails to land a wild elbow strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jabbs is looking to reverse the position. Frykil prevents Jabbs from escaping the position. Jabbs gets back to half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Jabbs trying to control here.
Frykil controlling the action here. Jabbs tries to get to full guard but Frykil has control of the leg. Jabbs really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Frykil. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Frykil works his foot free and advances to mount. Jabbs is squirming around, avoiding Frykil's attempts to control the action.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Jabbs is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Jabbs has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Frykil's lack of action.
Frykil seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jabbs does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Jabbs desperately trying to maintain half guard. Frykil takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Jabbs blocking the ground and pound attempt from Frykil. Frykil wants to get back to his feet.
Frykil is trying to control. Jabbs wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Frykil shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Frykil tries to stand but Jabbs is controlling from the bottom. Frykil trying to control the position from guard on top but Jabbs is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Frykil controlling from the top position. Jabbs keeping moving, preventing Frykil from controlling successfully.
Jabbs is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Jabbs throws his legs up looking for a submission but Frykil uses it to pass to side control.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jones Frykil dominated that second round. That's time! Frykil's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Jabbs fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Frykil, pushing him back against the cage.
Jabbs breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Jabbs has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Frykil after a bit of a struggle.
Frykil is trying to trip Jabbs. He has hold of a leg but Jabbs is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Frykil persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Jabbs wants to get back to his feet but Frykil passes into half guard.

Jabbs is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Frykil has latched onto it... Big trouble! Frykil pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Jabbs is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Frykil!
