Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Andre Yakko (ranked 3688 p4p, 3802 weight class) and Chokkrathai Thongphak (ranked 231 p4p, 239 weight class). Yakko comes to the cage accompanied by Boom Boom Boom. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andre Yakko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chokkrathai Thongphak! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thongphak throws a looping overhand right but Yakko ducks down to avoid it. Yakko throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Yakko tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Thongphak paws at him with a jab and circles away. Yakko clinches up against the cage. Yakko lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Yakko looks to throw an elbow but misses. Yakko misses with a body punch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Thongphak breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Yakko moves into range and clinches up with Thongphak. Yakko stalling in the clinch but Thongphak improves position. Yakko misses with a knee strike.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Yakko stalls. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Andre Yakko. Yakko misses with a wild combination.
Thongphak feints the counter takedown. Thongphak swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Yakko fakes the leg kick and cracks Thongphak in the body. Thongphak connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Thongphak takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Thongphak misses with a straight right. Yakko is looking to clinch. Yakko fails in his attempt to clinch. Thongphak feints the counter takedown. Thongphak lands a glancing blow to the side of Yakko's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A swing and a miss from Thongphak. Yakko dodges the punch combination from Thongphak.
Yakko was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Good exchange - Thongphak coming out on top. Yakko takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Yakko throws a head punch that misses. Yakko has Thongphak pressed against the cage.

Yakko will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Thongphak up against the cage. A nice right hand lands inside from Yakko. Yakko is struggling to control the position. Yakko tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Yakko is stalling here.

Andre Yakko dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Yakko throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A nice side step and Thongphak releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Yakko throws a nice outside leg kick. Yakko on the wrong end of a nice jab. Yakko tries to clinch but Thongphak moves away and Thongphak counters with a nice uppercut. Yakko wants to clinch. Yakko tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Thongphak manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Thongphak might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Yakko tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Chokkrathai Thongphak seems to be getting the better of the standup. Yakko tries to move into range but Thongphak moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Yakko keeps control of Thongphak as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Yakko dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Thongphak tries to circle away but Yakko has him pinned against the cage. Chokkrathai Thongphak has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Yakko lands an uppercut.
And that's the end of the fight! Andre Yakko showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Yakko, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Andre Yakko! Andre Yakko tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
