Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Mercer (ranked 1290 p4p, 21262 weight class) and Diego Hageman (ranked 137 p4p, 476 weight class). Mercer comes to the cage accompanied by Why Can't We Be Friends by WAR. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 29 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bobby Mercer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 36 - 39 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Diego Hageman! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mercer throws a leg kick which misses Hageman's front leg but catches the back leg as Hageman tries to avoid it. Hageman looks to clinch and Mercer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Mercer connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
 It looks like Diego Hageman has been cut. Mercer throws a shot to the body.
Mercer moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Hageman tries to clinch but Mercer moves out of range. Hageman tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Hageman throws a left and a right that both miss
and Hageman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Hageman closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mercer circles away. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hageman swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mercer counters with a left and a right that stings Hageman. Mercer connects with an inside leg kick. Mercer dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hageman. That did some damage! Mercer connects with a single shot there.
 Hageman is rocked! Nice uppercut lands for Mercer. That snapped Hageman's head back.
Hageman is still on wobbly legs! Can Mercer finish him? Hageman takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Mercer lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Hageman gets tackled into the cage by Mercer. Mercer maintains the clinch.
 That's one minute gone in the round.
Mercer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Hageman seems to have recovered his senses. Mercer scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Hageman shoots and misses and Mercer counters with a nice uppercut. Mercer lands a jab to Hageman's midsection. Mercer lands a hook that stumbles Hageman back into the cage. Mercer follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Hageman to the canvas! Mercer pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Hageman has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Bobby Mercer! An intense looking Bobby Mercer took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'What a ride it's been Dynasty! I loved every minute here!
