Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jack Rose!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jattner circles away from the clinch attempt.
It looked like Jattner was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Jattner shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Rose manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Jattner wants to control from the top but Rose keeps moving.
Jattner throwing strikes but missing.
Jattner is working Rose over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Jattner loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rose is striking but Jattner is not phased and passes to half guard.
Rose is not content to let Jattner control the position.

Rose wants to get back to full guard but Jattner has passed into side control.
Jattner has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Rose is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Jattner yanks on the arm and Rose is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Jattner.
