The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ryan moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Alimkhanov misses with a double jab
and Ryan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Alimkhanov looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ryan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Alimkhanov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Alimkhanov gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Alimkhanov could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Ryan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Alimkhanov paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Alimkhanov throws a big counter combination but Ryan scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Ryan pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Alimkhanov back to the cage. Ryan follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Ryan tests Alimkhanov's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Ryan scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ryan drops Alimkhanov with a beautiful combination! Alimkhanov stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Ryan is looking for the KO!
Ryan lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Alimkhanov falls backwards - clearly groggy! Ryan dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kel Ryan!
