Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Carl Holmes (ranked 3521 p4p, 2474 weight class) and Zaid Griffith (ranked 275 p4p, 205 weight class). Zaid Griffith will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

We've been hearing reports that Holmes has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

A very excited looking Zaid Griffith rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
