Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pieter Dijk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Chad Price!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dijk closes the distance and clinches.
Price tightens his grip and picks Dijk up, before dumping him to the ground. Dijk manages to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dijk is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Price drops back looking for a leg! Dijk is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dijk manages to kick Price off! Price jumps back into Dijk's guard.
Dijk is looking to stand up but Price isn't so interested in that idea.
Price thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dijk is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Price is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Price drops back looking for a leg! Dijk is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dijk manages to kick Price off! Price jumps back into Dijk's guard.
Price passes Dijk's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Price seems to be working for a kimura but Dijk defends the submission attempt.

Dijk tries to kick Price off but Price keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Price maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Dijk could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Price has cracked it and Dijk is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Price!

Chad Price decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
