Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Thomas Holmes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Travis Guenette!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
The fighters circle momentarily. Holmes darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Guenette shoots in for a takedown but Holmes shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Holmes throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Guenette sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Holmes displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Guenette.
A big right from Holmes misses.
Guenette looks for the body kick but Holmes saw that one coming.
Holmes loads up on a big right hand but Guenette slips the punch.
Holmes throws a poor cross that misses
and Guenette counters with a takedown into side control.
Guenette stands up and beckons Holmes to his feet.
Holmes throws a lazy right hand but Guenette sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Holmes misses with a looping right.
Guenette drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Holmes defends it well.

It looks like Travis Guenette has been cut.
Thomas Holmes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Travis Guenette.
Guenette slips a straight right by Holmes.
Holmes darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Guenette's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Holmes before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Thomas Holmes!
A relieved looking Thomas Holmes thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
