Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alejandro Ortega (ranked 3486 p4p, 3835 weight class) and Benn Wills (ranked 404 p4p, 435 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alejandro Ortega!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Benn Wills!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wills forces Ortega back against the cage and clinches.
Wills has Ortega pressed against the cage.
Wills's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Wills receives a warning from the referee for stalling.
Wills works on Ortega's body with a couple of short punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ortega tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Ortega blocks a body shot from Wills.
Ortega's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Ortega goes for a takedown attempt but Wills pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Wills scores with a jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wills misses with a low kick.
Wills throws a combination that misses
and Ortega counters with a takedown into side control.
Wills tries to buck Ortega off but Ortega is having none of it.

Ortega wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Wills, who protects the arm well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ortega has hold of Wills's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Wills seems comfortable defending it but Ortega has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Wills is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Wills is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Ortega couldn't care less - he's delighted!
