Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Money Pacman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Baron Welch!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Welch rushes Pacman and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Pacman is pressed up against the cage. Welch has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Pacman down to the mat. Pacman avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Pacman tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Welch changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Pacman lands a nice shot that snaps Welch's head back.
Pacman connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Welch changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pacman looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Pacman tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Welch lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Welch.

Pacman trying to get back to his feet but Welch is in full control for now.

Pacman is trapped and Welch is scoring with shots to the head and body.
Pacman covering up well under a barage of strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pacman is trying to stand back up.
A lull in the action here.
Pacman wants to get back to his feet.

Welch is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Pacman has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Welch is landing with strikes. Pacman can't take much more of this.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Welch lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Pacman tries to break free.
Welch lands a punch to the side of the head from the back.
Will Welch go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Pacman is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Pacman is in all sorts of trouble here.
Pacman is bucking up trying to escape but Welch cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Pacman wants to try and get back to his feet.
Welch breaks from Pacman's wrist control and lands an elbow.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Welch cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Pacman has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Welch's lack of action.

Welch is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Pacman still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Pacman has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Welch is looking to reverse the position.
Welch can't do much from the bottom here.

Welch is trying to improve his position.
Pacman just content to control the position.

Pacman decides to stand back up. Pacman steps back and let's Welch get back to his feet.
Pacman throws a lazy right hand but Welch sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Pacman looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Welch ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Welch shoots in and drives through. Pacman sprawls well.
Welch is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pacman sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Money Pacman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baron Welch.
Welch looks for a takedown but Pacman sprawls well.
Pacman keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Baron Welch dominated that round.
That's time! Pacman's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Pacman throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Welch sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Welch shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Pacman is trying to defend but Welch finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Pacman pushes Welch off and gets back to his feet.
Welch fails to land the takedown.
Pacman cracks Welch with an open hand slap.

Pacman stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pacman wants it to stay on the feet.
Money Pacman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baron Welch.
Welch looks for a takedown but Pacman sprawls well.
Pacman jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Welch takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Pacman walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Welch drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Pacman swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Welch's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Money Pacman!
