The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Hunter gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

Let's hope that Hunter has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hunter for as long as he can get away with. Our spies down at at HELLCADEMY inform us that Hunter has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Trismegistus preventing the sweep.
