Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Andre Cain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Pimenta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cain comes to the cage accompanied by Dominos. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Andre Cain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Pedro Pimenta! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pimenta throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cain. Pimenta shoots in looking for a takedown. Cain tries to sprawl out of it but Pimenta keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cain manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Cain clinches with his opponent.
Cain is working Pimenta over against the cage. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Pimenta just misses with a elbow thrown towards Cain's brow. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Cain turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Cain working away. Pimenta tries to improve position but can't. Cain stands up. Pimenta misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Andre Cain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pimenta fails to land the takedown. Pimenta tries to keep at a distance but Cain has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cain breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pimenta shoots in for a takedown but Cain shows good takedown defense. Andre Cain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pedro Pimenta. A jab from Pimenta misses. Pimenta misses with a leg kick. Cain drives through with a takedown into guard. Pimenta throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Pimenta wants to get back to his feet but Cain is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Pimenta looks gassed! Pimenta avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Cain trying to control the position from guard on top but Pimenta is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cain trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Cain in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pimenta pulls Cain in to control the position. Pimenta looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Cain pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pimenta is keeping the position for now.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Cain closes the distance and clinches. A nice right hand lands inside from Cain. Cain breaks the clinch.
Pimenta throws the kick towards the body but Cain avoids it. Cain closes the distance and clinches. Cain is trying to drag Pimenta to the mat but Pimenta just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Cain turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Cain manages to end up in side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pimenta is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Pimenta is trying to maintain the position but Cain is very close to passing his half guard. Pimenta avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Cain. Pimenta keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Cain is thwarting Pimenta's attempts to control the position. Cain wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pimenta keeps working. Pimenta trying to control but Cain postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cain wants to stand up but Pimenta is controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Cain moves into range and clinches up with Pimenta. A nice right hand lands inside from Cain. Pimenta wants to break the clinch but can't.
Cain prevents Pimenta from breaking the clinch. Cain breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Pimenta gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Cain connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Cain lands a two punch combo.
Cain forces Pimenta back against the cage and clinches. Cain landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Pimenta tries to break the clinch but Cain is controlling the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andre Cain dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Cain circles away from the clinch attempt and Cain counters with a lovely straight right hand! Cain looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Cain drops back looking for a leg! Pimenta is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pimenta manages to kick Cain off! Cain jumps back into Pimenta's guard. Cain avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Pimenta is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cain is controlling him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Cain's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Cain slips nicely into half guard. Pimenta tries to get to full guard but Cain has control of the leg. Cain seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pimenta is refusing to be controlled, as Cain sits in half guard. Cain working Pimenta over with strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Pimenta is holding on to half guard well. Cain trying to control the action but Pimenta is working from the bottom. Cain looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Pimenta with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Pimenta makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Cain tries to clinch but Pimenta moves out of range. Pimenta darts in trying to clinch and Cain counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Cain.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cain turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Cain manages to end up in side control. Pimenta sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Cain is keen to just control but Pimenta is a slippery customer. Pimenta gets full guard. Cain knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pimenta on the ground. Pimenta wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Pimenta is on top in guard.
Pimenta stands up from guard. Let's bang! Cain misses with a two punch combination.
Pimenta closes the distance looking to clinch so Cain counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cain wants to control from the top but Pimenta keeps moving. Cain tries to free his leg and advance position but Pimenta is retaining full guard. Pimenta looking to control.
Cain thows a big elbow that misses. Pimenta manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Pimenta prevents Cain from getting the reversal. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andre Cain dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Cain throws a series of strikes that have Pimenta backpedaling.
Pimenta shoots for a takedown but Cain saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Andre Cain is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Cain tries to clinch up but Pimenta circles away and keeps his distance. Cain moves into the clinch. Cain works on Pimenta's body with a couple of short punches. Cain escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cain rushes Pimenta and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Cain breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pimenta avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Cain shoots in and drives through. Pimenta sprawls well. Pimenta gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Cain moves into the clinch. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Cain creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Pimenta creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pimenta is looking to break free of the clinch but Cain has double underhooks. Cain has picked Pimenta up - he's going for a ride! Cain dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Pimenta keeping control of the position. Pimenta manages to get to full guard.
Cain wants to pass the guard but Pimenta is keeping the position. Pimenta seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cain wants to stand but Pimenta is controlling his posture from full guard. Cain trying to move into half guard but instead Pimenta has managed to sweep! Pimenta works a leg free and moves into half guard. Andre Cain overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pimenta lands strikes from half guard. Pimenta controlling the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cain is looking to improve his position.
Nice strikes from Pimenta there. Pimenta frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Pimenta looking to control and managing it successfully. Pimenta is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Cain can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Pimenta has isolated one of Cain's arms. Cain looking to fight him off but Pimenta twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
