Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Guria (ranked 3740 p4p, 4825 weight class) and Modris Murdermanis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Modris Murdermanis was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Modris Murdermanis!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guria lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Murdermanis circles away quickly and effectively.

and Guria counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Modris Murdermanis has been cut.

Murdermanis tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Guria manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Murdermanis shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Guria sprawls well. Guria wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Murdermanis gets slowly back to his feet.

Guria throws a nice looking combination but Murdermanis bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

BOOM! Guria lands a beautiful left hook that drops Murdermanis. Murdermanis tries to recover but Guria is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Murdermanis lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
