Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Piotr Karski (ranked 4094 p4p, 4076 weight class) and Dillon Dennie (ranked 0 p4p, 405 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Piotr Karski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dillon Dennie! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dennie shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Dennie was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Karski bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Dennie shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dennie prevents Karski from standing back up.
Karski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dennie on the ground. Dennie stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Dennie walks into a jab.
It looks like Dillon Dennie has been cut. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Karski cracks Dennie with an open hand slap. Dennie throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Karski was covering up waiting for the punch and Dennie finishes the takedown easily into guard. Dennie gets to his feet - Karski follows without any prompting. Karski really is a fat lump.

and Dennie counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Karski has one foot on Dennie's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Dennie looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Karski! Karski bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Karski is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dennie drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Dennie takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Karski stalks Dennie and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dennie's face. Dennie staggers backwards, shaken. Dennie closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dennie lands in his opponent's guard. Dennie stands and steps away. Karski gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dennie gets a takedown into half guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Karski is trying to escape back to his feet but Dennie uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Dennie decides to stand back up. Dennie steps back and let's Karski get back to his feet. Dennie fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Karski sprawls well initially but Dennie persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Karski tries to kick Dennie off in order to stand up. Dennie Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Dennie decides to stand back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dennie shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Dennie showed some decent athleticism there. Dennie decides to stand and escape the position. Dennie closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Karski tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Dennie is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Karski gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Dennie to score an easy takedown into full guard. Dennie gets to his feet. Karski looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Karski seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Dennie throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Karski's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Karski duly obliges. A momentary lapse in concentration from Karski enables Dennie to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Karski manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The fighters are working up against the cage. Karski manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Karski has had enough of the clinch but Dennie keeps him there for the moment. Dennie has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! Piotr Karski is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dennie darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Karski manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Dennie keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. And we move into the final round! Karski throws a nice looking combination but Dennie bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A punch combination from Karski misses. Piotr Karski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Karski looks to land a combination but Dennie avoids it well. Dennie dives in and scores a takedown into Karski's guard. Dennie stands up and waves to Karski to follow him. Dennie fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Karski, pushing him back against the cage. Dennie jumps into guard, dragging Karski to the mat.

He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Karski's guard. Karski pushes Dennie off and gets back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Piotr Karski showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Karski, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
